Post partum blues are normal and due to the huge fluxuation of hormones in our bodies.It lasts a very short while. Post partum depression can be so debilitating you can hardly take care of your baby. It is depression and can be helped. If you even think for a minute that you have post-partum depression call your OB/GYN. They deal with this on almost a daily basis. or, speak to the doctors nurse.
